Organic Transistor is made from organic semiconductor that are consist of carbon atoms, hydrogen atoms and sulfur atoms, not silicon atoms.
The semiconductor in our OFET was invented by Japanese micro chemicals for electronics production company Organo-Science, Co.Ltd.
The organic semi conductor is a kind of smectic phase liquid crystal.
CHIRACOL,Co.Ltd is a company that is developing liquid crystal materials for display and OFET amplifiers from liquid crystal organic semiconductor.
And OFET are supplied by Yamagata Univ and Tokyo Univ.
